RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to physical merchandise purchased from the Ring Magazine Store and fulfilled by our fulfilment partner, BOXRAW (Boxraw Limited registered in England and Wales under company number 10118084 with its registered office at Ground & First Floor Offices, Herbert Art Gallery, Jordan Well, Coventry, England, CV1 5QP). This policy does not apply to magazine subscriptions or digital products, which are governed by the Subscriptions section of our Website & App Terms of Use.
1. Returns window

We offer a 30-day returns period, starting from the date your order is delivered.
-
Extended holiday period: Orders placed between 1 November and 31 December may be returned until 31 January.

Items received after the 30-day returns period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if accepted, will be eligible for store credit only.
2. How to request a return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact shop@ringmagazine.com with your order number and details of the item(s).

Returned items must be sent back with a completed returns form including your order information.

Returns received without sufficient identifying information may not be processed.
3. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for return or exchange:

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no odours, blemishes, marks or signs of wear.

Items containing animal or human hair will not be accepted.
-
All returned items are inspected before any refund, exchange or store credit is approved.
4. Non-returnable items and specific restrictions
The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and socks, for hygiene reasons (no exceptions).

Limited-edition items, which are non-refundable.
Impello Boxing Boots (if applicable)

We cannot accept boots that have been worn, where hangtags have been removed, or where the original box is damaged.
5. Exchanges and price differences
-
If you request an exchange for an item of higher value, we will contact you to arrange payment of the price difference once your return is received.

If you purchased an item on sale and exchange it for a different design or product, the original sale price will not apply. The replacement item will be charged at its current full retail price.
6. Promotional offers and bundles
-
Items purchased as part of a multi-item offer (e.g. “2 items for £XX”) may only be returned for a like-for-like exchange, unless all items included in the offer are returned together.
7. Free gifts
-
If your order included a free gift, that gift must also be returned when returning the qualifying item.

If the gift is not returned, you may be charged the full retail value of the gift.
8. Processing times
-
Returns are typically processed within 10 working days of receipt.

During peak periods (including Black Friday), processing may take an additional 5 working days.
9. Exhibition purchases

Items purchased at exhibitions or live events may only be returned for a like-for-like exchange or store credit.

Cash refunds are not available for exhibition purchases.
10. Breach of returns policy
If a returned item breaches any condition of this policy:

We reserve the right to return the item to you in the condition received; and
-
You may be liable for the cost of return shipping back to you.
11. Refunds and store credit

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Where returns are approved outside the returns window, store credit only may be issued.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
