  • the Ring Magazine App, where it uses similar technologies (together, the “Services”).

5. BETTING CONTENT & AGE-RELATED USE OF COOKIES

Some parts of the Services display Betting Content or links to third-party betting operators. As explained in our Terms of Use, Betting Content is strictly for users aged 18+ (or higher legal age in your jurisdiction).

  • To remember age confirmations or age-gating choices you make;

  • To help avoid showing Betting Content to users we identify as under 18 (for example, based on account information or previous responses);

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time (for example, if we add new services that rely on different cookies, or if legal requirements change).

When we make changes: We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Cookie Policy and changes take effect immediately when posted, unless stated otherwise.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Cookie Policy, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, consistent with our Terms of Use.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Cookie Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.

11. TRANSLATION

If this Cookie Policy is translated or made available in any language other than English, the English-language version will prevail and govern to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any translated version is provided solely for convenience and does not modify the interpretation of the English-language version. Where applicable law does not allow the English-language version to prevail, the translated text will be interpreted so as to reflect, as closely as possible, the meaning and intent of the English-language version.
