Refund Policy & Returns
What is your return policy?
A return refers to sending an item back to us. A refund refers to the method of compensation issued once your return is approved (e.g., original payment method or store credit).
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item. Please review the policy below to determine eligibility.
Return eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no distinct odors, blemishes, or signs of wear.
- Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
- If an item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item to you in the same condition.
Processing timelines:
- Returns may take up to 10 days to process after delivery.
- During sale periods, please allow an additional 5 working days for processing.
Refunds & store credit:
- Approved returns received within the 30-day window are eligible for a refund.
- Items received after 30 days may be approved at our discretion and will be eligible for store credit only.
- Exchanged orders are not eligible for a refund if the return request is made beyond the original order’s 30-day return period. The 30-day window is based on the original delivery date, not the exchange date.
Exchanges:
- If you request an exchange for an item of greater value, we will contact you to collect the additional payment once your return is received.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received. If your return breaches our terms you will also be liable for the cost of delivery to return the item back to you.

Shipping Policy & Costs
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location, including destinations across North and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, Asia, and Australasia. Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs vary by region.
Shipping options, pricing and free-shipping thresholds are determined by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges for orders outside the UK?
There are no customs charges for orders shipped to the U.S. or the EU. However, international orders to other countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in shipping costs and may be due upon delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes changes to size, product, color, or shipping address. If you change your mind after placing an order, you may return the item once it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy. If you would like a different item, size, or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning any unwanted items after delivery.

Magazine Subscriptions
What are your magazine subscription policies?
By subscribing to our services, you agree to an annual or monthly subscription plan. The total subscription fee will be charged at the start of each billing period.
All payments for the annual and monthly subscription are final and non-refundable, including cases of partial use or non-use of the services during the subscription term.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal fees will be charged using the payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and the updated fees will apply to the next billing cycle.
