Shipping policy
These Shipping & Delivery policies form part of the Ring Magazine Website & App Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency, these Store-specific policies apply to Ring Magazine Store purchases.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical merchandise ordered from the Ring Magazine Store.
All Ring Magazine Store orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfilment partner, BOXRAW (Boxraw Limited registered in England and Wales under company number 10118084 with its registered office at Ground & First Floor Offices, Herbert Art Gallery, Jordan Well, Coventry, England, CV1 5QP), in accordance with this policy.
This policy does not apply to magazine subscriptions or magazine digital products, which are governed by the Subscriptions section of our Website & App Terms of Use.
1. PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders submitted with a PO Box address may be cancelled or delayed.
2. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Dispatch times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or bank/public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, or external factors.
Delays may occur due to:
- Bank or public holidays
- Peak demand periods
- Customs inspections
- Carrier or logistics disruptions
Magazine subscriptions are not shipped with merchandise orders and may be delivered separately or digitally, as described in the Subscriptions section of the Terms of Use.
4. Shipping Options, Costs & Free-Shipping Thresholds
Shipping options, pricing and free-shipping thresholds are determined by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates, thresholds and delivery options may change from time to time. The rates displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will always apply.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and local sales taxes.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import charges.
The carrier will notify you of any charges required prior to delivery.
Ring Magazine and BOXRAW have no control over customs processes, assessments or delays.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order is delayed, returned or undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect
- Refusal of delivery
- Customs issues
The order may be treated as undeliverable. Reshipment (if offered) may require additional payment. In certain cases, the order may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
7. Shipping Exclusions
We do not currently ship to the following locations:
- Cuba
- Iran
- Israel
- Lebanon
- North Korea
- Palestine
- Syria
We also reserve the right to restrict shipping to any country or territory where delivery is impractical or restricted due to law, sanctions, export controls, carrier limitations, or operational constraints.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact shop@ringmagazine.com promptly with your order number and supporting details (including photos where applicable). We will work with BOXRAW and the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Force Majeure
Ring Magazine is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs actions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory changes or security incidents.
